Agritourism - Apartments with Pool and SPA

The Agritourism Serpanera is located on a hill with a splendid view of the medieval village of Sarnano, at the foot of the Monti Azzurri and near the Monti Sibillini National Park on the border between LeMarche and Abruzzo regions. 

The farmhouses of the Agritourism Serpanera have been restructured into rentable apartments with respect for the ancient structures and the maintenance of the environment in harmony with nature, while still offering a high degree of comfort.

In the main building there is the common room and the loggia with belvedere, where you can enjoy breakfast prepared only with natural and local products. Also available  the lounge area for relaxing, watching TV or reading.

In the renovated stable there are the apartments and in the basement  there is a small but well-equipped wellness center including a massage room, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and relaxation area.

The entire Agritourism Serpanera is environmentally friendly with eco-compatible structures which include solar and photovoltaic panels; at the center of the estate there is also an ancient spring which, restored, represents a useful water source. Large parking lot is also available. 

The garden of the Serpanera is spread over several natural levels adorned with flowers and plants typical of the region. 

The panorama, in summer, ranges over the rolling hills and, in winter, on the nearby snow-capped mountains, while Sarnano and the other ancient villages stand out in the background. The whole region, with the nearby towns of Macerata and Ascoli Piceno is rich in history and atmospheres of remote times.

The Agritourism Serpanera is located 15 minute drive from the Sassotetto ski sloops and 50 minute drive from the Adriatic Sea (Civitanova Marche and Porto San Giorgio). The area offers fantastic opportunities for lovers of good food and for tasting local wines and oils.
